How to disable a Display Adapter using Device Manager

A primary Display adapter, Windows (System software or operating system ) use it to provide a graphical user interface. Your Operating System use on-board display adapter as default graphic adapter, if no other graphics card exist on your computer. If you have a graphics card then, I recommended you to disable this internal graphics adapter to save physically shared memory otherwise your operating system would normally use on-board display adapter’s shared memory. If you want to disable your default display adapter the follow my steps carefully.

 

Step 1:

First you click Start menu icon on your Task-bar. On the start menu you right click on the computer and then click Manage. If you have fetch any problem then see the example image, shown bellow.

Step 2: When you click Manage button then, A squire Window appear in your screen ( Computer Management). In the Computer Management windows, you click Device manager under System tools.  When you click Device manager then your computer became Hang-up for 2-3 Sec.

step 3:
First you expand all Sub trees then find out Display Adapter and Right Click on this option, a small menu appear in your screen. Choose Disable Option from this menu list, and click on it. When you click this option your monitor Flash one or two times, after flashing your monitor screen, your computer’s internal graphics adapter successfully disable.
